If there hadn't been four games this season where his team looked completely unprepared on gameday...you'd have a point.

Those instances suggest there might be a culture problem as it relates to preparation. So I think it becomes a bigger issue than this one instance.

The bigger problem is that this guy isn't a good head coach. He's a good WR coach, and might be a good OC.

I don't get this. This team plays hard for him. And he's gotten the most out of the talent he has. That's what you want out of a head coach. He doesn't have a coaching problem. He has a talent problem. That's on pioli.
