Start by getting the HC who will match with your GM, draft a qb in the first round and it's a really good start.

The foundation is set and some of the hood ornaments are already there. We just need the Bentley to put it all together.

You're accurately outlining a cluster****, but the fact remains that Haley was a poor coach.

The biggest concern, however, is that there are serious reasons to believe that the Pioli hire was a disastrous move.
