Dude, Pick me! I have proven I know how to build a Champion Caliber Chiefs [BBS]! With coaches like DaFace, Phobia, Bob Dole, Bwana, Bearcat, Mr Flopnuts... I can definitely handle big egos!

PLUS I promise stripper-esque cheerleaders!

In all seriousness.. I would implement this http://www.eonreality.com/news_relea...leases&sid=405

Virtual Reality training to help players (especially draftees) adjust to the speed of the game... people talk all the time about "slowing down the game".. this is HARD SCIENCE that can actually do it without risking injury! It's only a matter of time before this becomes a major part of off-season training.
