For nearly 20 years, I carried a Coach wallet. It finally bit the dust 3 or 4 years ago. I've been through 5 or 6 $25-40 wallets since.

Surely there is another maker of men's wallets who puts a couple of leather scraps together well and doesn't charge $150. I mean, I'll spend the money if I have to. Obviously, I'll spend 10x that over the next 20 years $25 at a time but does anybody know of a comparable product.

Go back to a coach, you save money in the long run. I've been using mine for about 8 years, it is not showing any signs of wearing down. It actually looks better now than when it was brand new.

ive been using a fossil wallet that my friend got for me back in high school. was like 20 bucks and has held up amazingly well.

This...I've owned exactly two Dockers wallets in the past 20 years or so. Both came from the Levi's or Dockers outlets.

I have a Nautica wallet, seems to do just fine, the fossil before it held up for 10 yrs.

I killed that exact same model in a year just before my current wallet.

I don't know why I've only had good luck with the Coach version. Perhaps it's due in part to the first 15 years of its life was spend in a cooshy air conditioned office.

I VERY MUCH second (or third, I guess) the use of Fossil wallets. Very durable in my experience.

Yep, business cards are hard on them. I stopped doing that, plus reduced my credit cards to one and one debit card. (helped a lot)
