Could be. They do seem to be making a push for him if all this isn't just hype.

I have no doubt they're making a push, Mr. listopencil. But, you're right ... it's impossible to know what's really going on. These "reporters" are going off half-cocked in all directions just to keep their names/bylines associated with the Manning situation. And I, for one, have never fully trusted a half-cocked person.

By the way, do you have a street name?

"White Charlie" sounds pretty good. I think you could use something "tougher" sounding, though.

Like ... maybe ... "Plutonium Testicle".

do you have any feedback on my proposed street name for you FAX?
I think 'Dial Tone' is hard core.

I didn't see that. Yeah ... yeah ... I think "Dial Tone" is a good street name. What's it mean, though?

From what I have been able to discern, street names have something to do with the person using the name. Like, for example, "One Toe" had 9 toes shot off during a gun battle and "Lipo" has enormous love handles. Stuff like that. It's true that I use the phone quite a bit and I do frequently forget the number, so I spend an inordinate amount of time listening to dial tones, but how would you know that?

I figured I'd try to relate it to your name "FAX"... faxes were typically sent over phone lines if recall and usually had that dial tone pause before the alien sounding fax sounds began.

are you missing any body parts? that may help narrow it down.

If all else fails, you could always go with a more traditional name like "Blade", "Ice Pick" etc.

Oh, I get it.

Yeah ... I think "Ice Pick" sounds good. Sounds kinda ... rapperish, though.

Maybe I could go with something like "He Who Removes The Bodice With A Khopesh".
