Pioli obviously has a bad reputation

Everyone knows this guy came in here thinking he was the next savior, He obviosly believed it himself and his ego has been put into place with the less then stellar decisions he's made with the draft, signings, secretive ways etc.. is an embarrassment to this organization...

Mannning won't even give him the time of day.. sad for the club that started the AFL.....

Clark better man up and get rid of this(metaphor)ing (Slang)hole...

and Denver won it with a joke pretending to be a QB. Hey we almost did it, but we didn't win a joke of a division last year and we've got the shit pounded out of us by lots of good teams....but we're so much better than these other teams!

Ask fans from the other teams and they all have excuses too. Point is we're a mediocre team too, but we also are dealing with a cheap owner and a batshit insane General Manager.

The starting lineup has some good talent, but damn does the depth on this team suck.

You're failing to realize that this team would be MUCH better with a better QB.

This team won 10 games with a bunch of talent surrounding a fraud of a QB.

Imagine what Manning would do to elevate the play of these players. Remember what Montana did to the mediocre talent that was here on offense. Look at what Favre was able to do in Minnesota his first year there.

It's those types of QB's that players will do everything they possibly can to play at the highest possible level for the guy. I believe he'd do that here w/ the Chiefs.

SEA simply doesn't have the weapons....on either side of the ball.

If Todd Haley played Orton instead of Palko....we wouldn't even be having this discussion......The Chiefs make the playoffs last year and your argument wouldn't amount to shit. (to be honest it doesn't either way).

Am I saying we're a juggernaut? Not at the moment....we're missing a key ingredient and it happens to be the most important position on the entire team. Probably in all of team sports. Put Manning in, and we're instant SB contenders. It's not up for discussion.....just like when Montana signed, except we have more talent on offense now than we did then. Obviously not as strong of a defense because that team was damn good on defense....but they're one of the best defensive units the 2nd half of the season and were building on it. That was without Berry...a probowl safety.

Now we probably won't resign Carr....that's a loss no doubt....but I would like to think that he'd sign if Peyton Manning came here....usually signings like that tend to have a positive domino effect in FA.....like maybe getting Paul Soliai as a NT, getting a true NT for once.

The Chiefs didn't make the playoffs last year, so spin it any way you'd like!

Manning is going to elevate the play of the players wherever he goes.

Any team will be MUCH better with a better QB, so what's your ****ing point?

The point is the Donks don't have anyone like Jamaal Charles or Dwayne Bowe on their offense.

Look at it this way.

Pioli left the Pats organization to get out of the shadow of BB. (A matter of wanting credit and recognition as well as control.)

Why would he sign Peyton and then be back under a shadow, getting no credit if we have success in the years Peyton's playing, as well as handing over a level of control to PM?

The thought that Clark went on TV just to try and make his fan base happy is lunacy. He really wants to meet with Manning but he can't get a visit just like alot of other teams. Not him nor Scott is too blame. They don't have shitty reps in the NFL. Manning just doesn't want to be in KC.

So, fugg him. He's old and broke with one foot out the door. He's a two year player barring injury at best. He would have been exciting at least be he's no answer for us, just hides our problem for the next two years.

That's why EVERYBODY, from EVERY TEAM, at the Senior Bowl was talking about the dysfunction in the Chiefs FO.

I'm sure having a new OC every single year isn't comforting. And then choosing Daboll.
