I think what the judges want to see is a full background, not a white background w/ a few items on it. But hey, if it works for you, roll w/ it.

You can submit it whenever, but the deadline is Sunday at 5:00pm CST. Just copy the direct link code, (shown below your pic on photobucket), then paste the code into the CP "Insert Image" thingamajig in the thread I referred you to in my last post.
