it's crap that people can use going bankrupt as a loophole to not pay bills

bankrupt laws should be stricter (ie keep house and 1 car shouldn't mean a 10 million dollar house and 300k Lamborghini etc)

also how businesses go bankrupt and screw all the stockholders out of their holdings, by making the stock worthless, only to refile and start selling new shares like nothing happened.
