I don't believe that Crennel was the right man for the job.

I believe that great coaches are both demanding and fair, and have an ability to delegate, while at the same time have an attention to detail, and I just think that Crennel is lacking a couple of those attribute.

He, however, is not complete shit, and because he is well liked, this team will play hard for him.

It's the failures of detail that will derail this team.
