I don't ever recall watching him and thinking "now there's an NFL receiver".

A 3rd round backup Tackle getting several As? You guys are generous. I don't get that.

Yes it's nice to have depth. He could someday be our RT. But if Brandon were to walk next year, you going to turn over LT duties to that kind of guy? Neither am I.

I'm usually fairly optimistic, but besides Poe, Allen, and Gray, I see average at best in the other picks.

This draft was a big disappointment for me.

The best part of it for me was the big question mark in the 1st round.

Outside of that? I continually get kicked in the nuts by the Broncos and am in a bad place.

Wanted Manning? Nope. Denver got him. Now they own the division for the next 2 years. Wanted Osweiler? Nope. Denver got him. They value trying at QB while we don't.

Thought Lamar Miller could be a nice consolation prize though. Nope? We got a back smaller & slower & from what I see less athletic overall than him.

Now we have to wait until next year again for a QB where a massive trade for a top tier guy is highly unlikely. It's like we're in this QB purgatory hell.

The good thing about not getting excited about draft picks is that if they do come along and do something it's more of a pleasant surprise and then be happy we got them. That's where I am at with this draft nothing to get excited about but there is hope that they can come along and do something for this team.
