Strongly disagree. It's yet another example of the natural tendency to present the good aspects of the side you are on and ignore those of the side you're against. For example, this is completely made up:

Billy is more careful next time, grows up normal, goes to college and becomes a successful businessman.

Who knows what would happen to "Billy." He might have grown up normal. Or he might have grown up to be Ted Bundy.

On the other hand, there's this:

Police called and SWAT team arrives -- they arrest both Johnny and Mark. They are both charged with assault and both expelled even though Johnny started it.

That's just stupid. Most towns don't even HAVE a SWAT team, and a vast majority of fights are handled with nothing more than in-school discipline.

The entire list is like that. You're looking at the IDEAL situation in 1957 and comparing it to the WORST-CASE scenario in 2011.
