Ask him plenty of questions and not let him bull shit you that it's nothing if you feel like something is wrong your probably more right than the doctor is. Don't think it is anything more thank a bad stinger but I asked for advice and you helped and I thank you. It's just weird not being able to feel your fingers for a week.
