Yeah yesterday I napped from like 8 to midnight. I was up til 4 before hitting the sack again. I was tired as shit when I woke up at 7:30 this morning. It isn't an ideal sleeping pattern, but it feels great to wake up at midnight and have the house to myself, whilst feeling refreshed.

I get up at 4:30am and usually off work by 1:30 or 2pm. I sometimes have a bad habit of either taking a nap too late in the day or too long to be tired again when I should go to bed. Basically I'm a moron.

Nah, naps are a good thing. You just gotta try to keep them at like an hour long or so. If I don't set an alarm or anything I'll sometimes fall asleep at 6 pm and wake up at 1 am wondering what the hell happened.
