Didn't someone post that he doesn't even have a drivers license?

Funny "his friends said he wasn't even carrying a gun that day."

The guy brandished a firearm and then lied to police about even having a gun in the car.

His friends comment means NOTHING.

The Denver Post is as reputable as it gets. They aren't like the hacks you guys have in KC. The Post isn't going to run a story unless their sources are solid. If the Post says he wasn't carrying a gun, he wasn't carrying a gun.

The only reason he was charged is because the people in the Impala had XRay vision and could see into his glove compartment. Without their mutant abilities, there's no way they could have known he had a gun.

Of course he wasn't carrying a gun when he was arrested. The report is 100% accurate. The gun was in the glove compartment. So technically, he wasn't "carrying a gun" when he was arrested. See how it works?
