I did have the respect of some of my co-workers- they said that it was completely uncalled for. Nobody wants to stand up to this guy though-

Did you try grabbing a broom, lifting it up over your head and screaming, "by the power of greyskull, I HAVE THE POWER!"

That would have probably shut him up.
