I'm going to make a handshake deal for next year, and risk injury instead of signing a long term deal now.

2+2=82

No offense, but this rumor makes no sense.

You have to look at it from Pioli's point of view.

For instance, hiring Crennel made ABSOLUTE sense...from Pioli's point of view...because otherwise some asshole head coach with good ideas was going to come in here and dump Cassel.

And along those same lines, not signing any competition for Cassel, despite the fact Orton had fallen in our laps, made a lot of sense. Because why would you want to undermine Cassel and potentially ruin his confidence.

So what Pioli does makes sense...from a certain point of view.
