That's right. The Baltimore Colts 1971, Baltimore Stars 1985, Baltimore Stallions 1995 and Baltimore Ravens 2001.

For the second question, I guess if you compared the 1995 Stallions and the 2000 Ravens roster you would get the answer. I'll go ahead and make it easy, it's OJ Brigance. He stills works for the Ravens, he was in Player development but a couple of years ago came down with ALS. He's now sort of a mascot for the Ravens or motivational speaker, essentially he's just trying to survive.
