You guys need to realize at this point that what's happening to this franchise is the best thing that could happen. This team I thought would make the playoffs with Cassell but never in a billion years win the Superbowl, which it's all about. Now we get to have, I hope, a really high draft pick, and get a top QB prospect.

I don't think Pioli is the problem, although keeping faith in Cassell was a terrible mistake, but I also think many GMs could have done the same mistake.

Daboll and Crennel are not good coaches and will leave, simple as that.
When Crennel was promoted to HC, there was reason to think that move could succeed but look, it didn't happen.

By your own admission you said his commitment to Cassel was a terrible mistake. The next thing you said was that his choice of coaches were horrible.

The good GMs don't stick with a guy who is as bad as Cassel for 4 years or hire a wannabe HC who does not know why his players suck
