He actually did us a favor. Winning that division only to lose in the first round would have just prolonged this garbage even more. Tons of fans would have defended Pioli and wanted to give Orton 4 years to prove himself. We needed epic fail for block-head fans and the owner to see the truth.

The sad reality is Bowe is as good as gone next year unless we tag him again. No one is going to trade anything worth a **** for someone in the last year of their contract.

For one, i never said we didnt need a quarterback. Its by far our biggest priority, but you dont stick a qb without weapons around him. Just look at st louis and Sam Bradford. Dude is gonna have a very average career if they dont get him some help at reciever soon.

The fact that you wanna trade jamaal charles in his prime just for the hell of it is "fukn reeruned". A strong running game is any quarterbacks best friend, especially a rookie whos learning the ropes.

If bowes made up his mind and wants to go elsewhere after the season, by all means get the best deal you can for him, but dont give him away for peanuts.

It doesn't mean you trade the one of the two guys that have actually made a difference on offense under Pioli's watch.

If Pioli does this, he will all but be admitting that his team is a total failure. You just DO NOT trade superstars. (And yes, Bowe is a superstar. Give him a real quarterback and watch what he does.)

So if and when Bowe goes to another team, with a QB who can presumably execute an accurate pass.... I wonder how long it will take him to 100% polish his skills for catching an accurately placed ball. Sometimes with our WR's, I swear it seems like they have adapted their play to catch nothing but shit passes and when the rare occurrence of an accurate pass is actually given to them, they suddenly forget how to catch a football.
