Thomas is also not patriot way and was a Ballhawk that would turn up the heat.

I think those are the only position coaches we have that aren't patriot way guys.
Wasn't Jim Zorn also hamstrung by shitty, shitty management and ownership of Dan Snyder?

Why do you keep bringing up age like people become senile at 65-70 years old?

There are a bunch of coaches that are similar age coaching at a high level.

Why? Because he's a 70 year old secondary coach.

Who hands the keys to their franchise to that guy? And why would you?

It's not like he's Dick LeBeau. He's a secondary coach.

No.

Zorn's just a zero. He hasn't helped to improve any of the QB's on this roster and even Flacco has progressed since he was fired in Baltimore (much to the protest of said QB).

We really don't need to hand over the keys to anyone else at this point because all that does is back us into a couple of wins and then that coach is given the HC job.

At this point.....clean the entire house.

I'd just let the ****er burn to the ground. No changes at GM, no changes to the coaching staff.

Burn baby burn.

I liked DCS better. DPS just doesn't roll of the tongue as well.

But I understand the change.

I don't know man. Daboll went 5-3 in Miami with a lame duck coach. He really got the offense going in the second half of the season. I could see the same happening here. This won't be popular but I see KC picking in the 10-20 range in April with Pioli and Crennel still working for Clark. Pioli will probably get a QB from another team. Someone like Mallett, Flynn, Moore, or a guy who hasn't emerged yet. We might get a crack at a guy like Geno in the draft but he won't take him. He'll probably take Millner, the CB from Bama or someone like that. This is the reality we are looking at imo.

The bottom line is that I believe Clark still thinks he can win with Pioli. The fans can bitch all they want but, the fact is that winning makes everyone happy. Clark thinks he can win with Pioli imo.

At this point, I don't even think it matters who's calling what because the team is in such disarray.

I just don't want to see Emmitt Thomas tarnished in any way because Pioli is trying to save his own ass.
