wait until the final 2/3 weeks of the season to get a jump start on the process or after the season is over.

Even if the did fire/hire right now changing all teh coaches and schemes midseason doesn't work.

I know it wont help our current situation but, it will keep them from running off or releasing what little bit of talent we have on this team, making the job/s less appealing to the best people for the job.

They could let the janitor coach the team for now for all I care, the final record will be the same either way
