Chicago style - Talayna's in CWE
NY Style - Italian Beef at Racanelli's in The Loop Greasy Style - Shakespeare's in Columbia Risking all rep, I still have a soft spot for the cheese Godfather's used to use, something uniquely awesome about it's chew factor. Ran across a Godfather's in S.IL a few years back and they still had the goods cheese-wise. I hold no pretensions that their product is on par with my picks above overall, but that cheese is like crack to me.
