Depends on what you are used to.
Yes, there is a DUH in there.

for me around 30. The days were the high is -2 are the worst.

>People in Miami all die
>Minnesotans lick the flagpole

Iowans fly away to Mexico

Sounds about right. I just got the winter coat out after last week it was below zero and didn't know it till I got to work and posted it in thread on here what the local temperature was.

It was about -10 for a week, which was pushing it. Then it snowed and warmed up to 20, feels like an early spring (at least during our 5 hours of daylight.)
