No, the movement should continue but go from 'saving' to 'supporting' that way the SOC stationary can still be used.

I think he should be congratulated and celebrated but he has also made some promises to change things and I think these are good FIRST STEPS. Let's see what else comes down the pike before we get all giddy and school girl crushie...
