If that is what they do, then I agree. But for some reason I think it is in the DNA of guys like Kaepernick and Wilson to think run instead of a dump-off pass or throwing it out of bounds.

If either of these QB's has a chance it's probably Kaepernick because Harbaugh understands the QB mentality and can probably guide him better. I don't think Carroll has that mentality and his desire to win will take over common sense.
