Yep, another neighbor stuck now.. I had lived here for a little over 3 years, and never received a noise complaint. Within 1 month of this grumpy old bitch moving in, she'd complained on me twice.. Yeah I watched some dipshit spin his wheels for about 10 minutes, I went out and asked him if I could give him a push. He looked at me like I kicked his dog and said "Nah we're good, makin progress." His 2 wheel Dodge pickup is still stuck out on the middle of the lot.
