If I had to guess, I would assume it's Geno's very laid back demeanor. Wilson seems to come across as very genuine and sometimes intense in interviews.

Not saying it means anything, just my guess as to how Nick Jacobs interpreted it.

Andrew Luck and RGIII. They're both hard-working and intelligent yet quietly confident.

Guys don't need to be Tim Tebow to be considered "leaders." I wish sports guys would ditch this antiquated notion of "leadership" and just stick to what's in his brain, what he does on the practice field, and how well he works with coaches. That's all that ****ing matters.

As a teammate I wouldn't give a shit about a Ray Lewis peptalk because I want to see results.
Put a QB on the field that goes out and WINS and as long as he isn't a total ****ing asshole, every single player on that team is going to respect him and look up to him as a leader.
