Zona has a really good defense, a top two WR in the game, and some other weapons on offense.

They need a Qb and a LT.

Clark now knows after ****ing up his fathers franchise he has to be a leader and not let the fans go through that again. He showed a sign of leadership by signing Reid. Lets see if he can go all the way and the only way we will know is if we draft Geno #1. Than he would be serious about winning again.

So how's everybody feeling on the likelihood of Smith being a Chief at this stage?

I figure he's as good as here.

I bet Reid can outlast Harbaugh, though, and get him for a pretty good deal. Not the 3rd + late rounder that we were hearing.

I don't care if Alex Smith is on this roster if Geno is here.

If KC thinks Alex Smith is a franchise QB or a stop-gap for a future QB next year, then that idiocy at its finest.

If getting Smith isn't bad enough, what a kick in the balls it would be to give up a 3rd plus for him.

Provided he's brought in to simply be a veteran backup and we take Geno # 1, I'm fine with it. We need at least two QB's anyway.

If they bring in Alex, I'm expecting atleast a Broncos 2012 season. Bringing him in is a win now move, so they better win now. 8-8 isn't winning now. A rookie could do that.

They also have to draft a QB at 34, no questions asked. I would much rather them get a guy at 1, but if they don't want to or dont' feel there is one that is good enough to go there, fine. But by saying that, you have to win now and win big.

If they bring in Smith and they wait for a guy at 34 and end up with the 5th best guy int he draft, it's a huge loss of resources.

Right now I see it as 60% he will be a Chief
