It's also based on the fact that those teams that have rolled the dice with a WC team have never relied on a game manager when they were at the craps table.

I seem to remember Colin Kaepernick beating Rodgers in the playoffs, not Smith.

If you are referring to the RS...why? Given that there are 256 NFL games played every year the sheer preponderance of RS games dictates that inferior QBs will beat superior ones.

It's also why Jeff Francouer will occasionally get a hit off of Justin Verlander.

But if your season is on the line, do you want Frenchy taking those hacks for you?
