Pioli didn't win a championship with his hand-picked QB, and neither will Reid.

So unless you get a hard-on for mediocrity, with the occasional one-and-done curbstomping in the playoffs, there's no difference.

Why not? Didn't take a genius to see Cassel wasn't the answer and as QB's go I would think most of them would want to play for him.
The media tagged him here all along I'm sure it wasn't hard for him to say yea, I could see myself there.

Reid obviously doesn't like G. Smith. I don't know why it is so hard for some of you to get that.

As far as A. Smith and the future...If he plays well he gets a new contract, if not he does not.

A. Smith, for this year, was, in Reid's mind the ONLY option.

Live with it or don't. Won't change a thing.

We are gonna end up winning with Reid/Dorsey. How far, I don't know. But it is certainly better than the alternative.
