You're smoking the crack pipe. When and if those guys ever get fired (which would be at least 5 years from), it won't be because they didn't draft Geno Smith. It would be because they displayed Poili-esque suckitude over a long period of time, like ***** did. ***** wasn't fired because of Matt Cassel. ***** was fired for a hundred different reasons that all had the same root cause: his idiocy and arrogance.
