49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith

From what I could tell from that highlight is that the Chiefs better invest heavily in TE.

Why wouldnt you throw to Vernon Davis? Or delanie walker? They were always faster than the 49ers receivers.......

He takes too many sacks. Always have, Always will.

Would you rather have him take a sack, or turn the ball over ala brady quinn and cassel?

Hes not the perfect qb, he has some warts. Its cute though that what seems to be his biggest flaw to you, is 3rd down conversion rate, and how many sacks he takes. So, a few drives are going to end in punts.

Im gonna guess though, that about 60 percent in drives in the nfl, usually end in a punt or a fg try anyways.......

Im not sure what the big effing deal is honestly. The guy doesnt turn the ball over.........

I'm sure those lack of TDs are going to work out well in the playoffs against teams like NE, DEN, etc...

careful there. So tom brady is mediocre? He never really became tom brady until they surrounded him with randy moss, wes welker, and then with welker, gronk, hernandez. Im sure drew brees, and aaron rodgers have mediocre receivers as well.
