Who would you have preferred at QB?

It's cool to be an hater on CP. There's isn't a damn thing that Dorsey could have done to make the glass half empty crowd happy. Am I ectatic to have A. Smith as QB, hell no. But, ANYBODY other than Matt Cassel is better in my eyes. Thank God that experiment is past tense and we have a physically gifted rookie QB for our staff to work with. Bray's floor is Jeff George and his ceiling is Brett Favre.

I'm going to bet that Andy Reid knows what he's doing.
The Chiefs will go at least 10-6 with a wildcard playoff spot this season. It's hard to underestimate just how bad that coaching was last season, in my opinion. |

Coaching and bad QB play really costs some games last year. I think the Chiefs have a good opportunity to compete for the division.

Lol what? Jeff George was a number 1 overall pick and a starter, Bray is undrafted and will most likely never see the field outside of pre season.

Jeff George was a gunslinger with a cannon arm who made poor decisions at the most inopportune times. I could give a rats ass where he was drafted. He'll never be mentioned in the same sentence as Joe Montana or Dan Marino. And I guaran-damn-tee you George couldn't make a throw that Bray couldn't match. Tyler couldn't have picked a better team with a coaching staff who know his position inside and out. If this staff can't modify his imperfections, nobody will. BTW.... Jeff George SUCKED

A rookie, i would state the obvious, but we went down that road already! Hell, i rather see Barkley then Alex Smith and im not even a Barkley fan. At least one is unknown at the next level. We know Alex Smith is Average at best. So we are just delaying the inevitable. I dont believe in stop gaps. The whole Chiefs organization is a stop gap. |

Matt Moore for one. You all could have gotten him as a FA and kept your second round pick. Then KC could have drafted a QB in the 2-3-4th rounds of this year's draft too. Then next year, with a much stronger QB class, if kc wanted to take a QB in the first round then they could do so.
This crap ain't rocket science.
