Reid is paid to ****ing win. Dorsey is paid to ****ing win. They gave a few picks for the best available QB (key word: available).

I realize CP doesn't understand the draft, at all...(not one bit)...

so again (and I have never received a rebuttal to this point)...

please go over the past 10 years of drafts and research picks 30-45 and then report back on how often you find a pro bowl caliber player with those picks

please use percentages

because people are acting like these two 2nds for Smith was like trading 2 all-pros for the damn guy when in reality AT THE VERY WORST we traded Brandon Flowers and say Dexter McCluster for Alex Smith.

And with the way KC drafted this year in the mid-rounds, it may have actually been a blessing that we gave away that second round pick. They probably would've wasted it on Gio Bernard or Zach Ertz.

Finally someone else mentioned it because I wanted to see if anyone else found the irony that a Chargers fan would post this when their QB was getting manhandled all last year and gave them no protection to use those "supposed" weapons.
Maybe one of the few arguments that beady eyed **** actually had to justify some of his classic on field temper tantrums or misplaced fits of rage he displays that make him look like such a runny little sour-twat.

Last year:

• ten QBs had ratings above 90.
  
• only five QBs threw over 30 TD.
  
• Only one (Drew Brees) threw 40 TD.
  
• Only five starting QB had more INT than TD. (Cassel is easily at the bottom. 6 TD and 12 INT. ****ing piece of shit).

So, I think it is fair to say that he was an above average QB whose OL allowed him to play at a very high level - to 10 in almost every category. If he had thrown a handful more screens to Priest Holmes instead of the toss sweep, he'd be elite in TD also.

Playoff wins kept Green from being elite. But he absolutely was a franchise QB until his brain got scrambled.
