Big Derrty had a similar problem a few years back with 'sparks flying' at a canister gas facility smack dab in south city.
It was like lighting a bunch of bottle rockets into the air to land willy-nilly, except these were full sized steel canisters. with oxygen, NOS and acetylene, flying out into neighborhoods surrounding them.
