Having BMac go in the top 2-3 & our getting Wiggins... is going to be ****ing huge for recruiting moving forward. ****ing huge.

Buddy of mine rued the fact we got Hochevar 1 overall and then Eric Fisher 1 overall. "We have terrible timing in this city" But then I reminded him that the year KU got the 1 overall, we landed Andrew Wiggins. That pretty much sums up the difference between our pro teams and KU. It's same story every year.

If Wiggin develops fast and gets featured it will be huge too


ESPN showing Wiggins/KU highlights will tell future recruits that Self can handle elite recruits.

Yeah, for the non-KU fans in KC it must just be unbelievable, given that KU's success doesn't provide comfort, and actually worsens the situation.
