Recognized, but it doesn't really matter. It's easy to be an obnoxious, immature troll. At some point, it becomes time to grow up.

This forum could actually become something respectable, but the mods must just love all this childish shit to put up with it.

Oh well... yeah, I know... don't like it? GTFO.

GoChiefs brings entertainment value to CP, you on the other hand do not.

The mods know precisely how to put GoChiefs in his place and have done so when they see the fit or need to do it. You should take your own advice and GTFO if you don't like it. GoChiefs is here to stay.

You really have no concept of what Clay was like in the early days, do you? You weren't here. People nowadays tolerate him because that is what we do here. He provided (and to a large extent even now) absolutely no entertainment value. He is the CP version of herpes; he simply does not go away so you learn to live with him. It is you relative newcomers who think he has some standing with those of us who migrated from the Star board.

Then people don't need to take him so seriously. Why so serious?

Wrong.

People ignore him because of his early history, and because of his drama.
He brings it on himself, because so much of his football opinion is driven by PFFF, but the reality is that he often does raise good questions.

Most of you just want to pass it off as troolling and bury your heads in the sand.

He does bring some good football observations. The problem is that those are mixed in with his Alex Smith hating agenda. He would rather see this team fail just to be right about Smith.

And yeah, after the whole Cassel disaster I can somewhat understand that point of view, I guess. I wasn't exactly excited about the trade for Smith. But I want to give this regime a chance. This is not the same organization as it was with Pioli. Give Smith a chance. If it doesn't work out we move on. And if he's good enough to get the team to the playoffs this year and/or next, at least that gives them experience in the playoffs. Maybe then he proves to be not good enough to get over the hump and they go find a better QB. Or maybe he finally does get over that hump.

Ironic. I'd rather have Clay stay than you.
