Is there anything worse than a bandwagon fan? Always pisses me off. A fan of a team always giving me shit for being a fan of my born and raised in hometown team while they're fans of a team that they can't even point out the location on a map. Never fails.

Consider the flip side ...I was born in Houston. NEVER lived in KC. I've been a Chiefs fan my whole life. Why? My parents had University of Houston season tickets in the late '60's - '70's... Elmo Wright was an All American WR who played for UH and was drafted by KC. I became a Chiefs fan when they drafted him. In case you never heard of him, he was the first player to do a TD dance in the NFL. Try living in another city and being a true fan of another team. Not that easy...but I will forever have the last laugh since the Chiefs beat the Oilers in the playoffs at the Dome 20 years ago. Folks here are still bent over it. I was there!

This. I can't tell you how many times I've been told I should be a Yucs fan because I live here. I love when some dumbass sees me wearing Chiefs gear and says some stupid shit like "You're a Chiefs fan? Why?" or "I didn't know they had any fans" or my all time favorite "You're not in Kansas anymore"
