That 3 cone drill doesn't really mean much at this level, when he gets tackled so easily.

It means you have agility and quick twitch moves to make sudden cuts. He needs to be in a position where he has space to make these moves at the second level versus the first. All I'm saying is that none of that 3 cone quickness, etc, has made him effective up to this point and its likely that he really doesn't have a place here with Hemingway
