That 3 cone drill doesn't really mean much at this level, when he gets tackled so easily.

It means you have agility and quick twitch moves to make sudden cuts. He needs to be in a position where he has space to make these moves at the second level versus the first. I've wanted to see him in an offense where the passing game actually does open up a little underneath stuff. I think like any smaller guy, he gets tripped up easier. He's a guy that has to make people miss. He hasn't done that nearly consistently enough in the NFL, but it's possible he can still do that with a better offense.

All I'm saying is that none of that 3 cone quickness, etc, has made him effective up to this point and its likely that he really doesn't have a place here with Hemingway
