Poor man's CJ Spiller was the description he held coming out of the draft. The same draft where I was OK with drafting the real CJ Spiller.

Dez Bryant would have been pretty decent, too.

Berry, for what he needs to be to justify the slot, has been a huge disappointment.

Alright, I'll jump on the Hemingway bandwagon. **** it, why not? Christ knows we need a damn WR to emerge. He has the measurables (which to be honest, I had 0 clue about until just now) so that's a good start.

It was shocking to me that Hemingway was a 7th round selection because I thought he'd go much higher.

But when you realize that Cruz and Welker were undrafted, it makes sense that some NFL scouts are either missing on slot receivers or haven't figured out how evaluate them properly.

Its a weird position to judge. People get stuck far too much on 40 times, and fail on little things like ability to adjust to badly thrown balls, route running, and football intelligence.

Good call on Cruz, and Welker. Also Amendola....

I loved the idea of grabbing Bryant and didn't care at all about the risk. Don't get me wrong, Berry was still my #1 guy, but had he come off the board before that, I was going Bryant all the way.

And in hindsight, Bryant would've been easily the better pick. You're right, Berry's coverage skills need a lot more work before I consider him a great pick.

Fasano looks pretty beastly to me so far. Pretty solid, and Alex seems to have a lot of confidence in him. Best acquisition of the offseason so far.

Yeah, Bryant was a man child in college, so the overall lack of enthusiasm for drafting him is a black mark on the board. I wasn't banging that drum; that's for damn sure.
