Didn't Dave Toub already confirm that McCluster is and will be the KR and PR this year? This is what I'm having trouble understanding. Toub isn't one to BS people and players, he says what he means. He's also said that Davis isn't going to return kicks in the regular season.

So where exactly is Parkins getting the info that DMC is off returns?

You can disagree if you want. That's fine. But in year one, he had his shit routinely pushed in by TEs. Year two, he's out. Year three, he accounts for a single TO.

Safety at #5 needs to be a playmaker on D, and that's not Berry to this point. We'll see if two years post-injury causes him to look like a different player, which is entirely possible.
