Final thoughts on preseason

Even if you are a fan of Bray, you should be more a fan of Bray sitting on the bench for a year or two than a fan of Alex getting hurt. Bray would likely fail miserably if he were thrown in now. Let him sit and learn.

With the way the rules are now, and passing the easiest it has ever been in the NFL for Qb's to get gaudy stats, I say trial by fire over sit and learn. I just think if he gets 'shelved' by Reid for a couple years, because he was not a 1st round draft pick (or draft pick at all), I think he will get cut before he gets a legitimate chance. Just my opinion though.
