Arrowhead: Fan vs Cops
David Keitel, the fan who posted the video, said he started filming as soon as he came across the incident during yesterday's Cowboys-Chiefs game, so he has no idea what precipitated the arrest.

Police told KMBC-TV that they were called to respond to an unruly fan.

Police said the man then kicked an officer in the groin, severely injuring the officer. Another officer was also injured by the man, suffering lacerations to the head, arms and knees, police said.

I love how people get around these scenes, pull out their phones, and start talking like they're constitutional scholars/experts in law enforcement.

Abuse of power happens regularly, but this isn't an example of it. (as many others here have already pointed out.)

I see nothing wrong in that video - refusing to allow officers to place handcuffs on you is resisting arrest and using force (punching /tasering) is perfectly acceptable. If you don't want to get punched or tasered then don't resist arrest.
