Having a guy like Moss open up the field a bit for Charles, McCluster and Moaki wouldn't do us any good at all.

I mean, we haven't been saying all season that Bowe's mis-cast as a #1 and that he needs a legitimate deep threat alongside him in order to make him the elite #2 his talent says he should be or anything.

C'mon folks - WRs are dicks. They always have been and likely always will be. There are maybe 3 or 4 guys in the league that can help this WR corps as much as Randy Moss and I don't think Detroit or Houston are real inclined to send us their gamebreakers anytime soon. To simply say "no, Moss will hurt us" is just naive.

Did he quit in his rookie year? It's been a while and I know stats don't tell the whole story, but over 1300 yards and 17 TDs plus 148 yards and 2 TDs in the playoffs. Pretty good for quitting.
