Just wanted to post in memory of JFK.

I was only three months old when JFK was shot, but I've always found the stories people tell about where they were and what they were doing when they heard the news interesting.

That doesn't mean somebody else didn't take the head shot. I still believe there was more than one gunman.

anyone see the latest theory? it was on Discovery or something of the likes; I can't remember it exactly, but he theory was that one of the secret service men accidently shot him from behind after the shot through his neck / into Connelly. apparently after the first shot, there was footage secret service agent reaching for an M16 (or something similar) on the floor board of his car and when he raised it, it somehow went off.

something to do with the type of bullet used, and how the type that blew his head to bits was a different type of bullet than the one they recovered.

it was interesting, but I don't know how much stock to put into it.

I've seen a video on that theory too, I don't think that's what happened imo.

6.5 mm Mannlicher-Carcano Italian made rifle.
The M-91's used in WW II were, in the main, not very well made rifles; nor were they particularly accurate. Although the M-91 was always nominally a 6.5mm rifle, during the long years of production the bore and groove sizes of barrels varied considerably, which certainly did not help the rifle's reputation for accuracy

With all the rifles in the world. why would anyone pic that one?

I was 8 years old. I went home for lunch and was watching cartoons when the TV station cut over to it. I sat in shock, while viewing our president's head get blown apart. After the Warren Lie insulted the nation with its ridiculous explanation, I never trusted the government again.

The Dallas police went from the absolute most impressive legal team in history to the biggest fall guys ever. Think about it: They solved the most famous murder on the planet and apprehended their man in less then three hours...only to let him get killed before he could tell us the truth. That is epic achievement and failure all on the same play.
