This is what a full meal looks like in the world's best restaurant

Today 7:34am

Rapper and food TV show host Action Bronson just posted an Instagram reportage of a meal in the best restaurant in the world*—Noma, in Copenhagen, Denmark. 24 courses with ingredients that go from flowers and sea urchin to ants and grasshopper.


Noma has been named best restaurant in the world several times already. Its food is based on the search of the best local ingredients to cook them and present them with extreme care and respect. A full meal at Noma is around $280.



* Of course, "best restaurant in the world" is an arbitrary title by one publication—the British magazine Restaurant. But it's definitely one of the very best in the planet.

Personally, I'm more into the molecular playground than the edible exoskeletons, but that's just my preference.

I regularly have beef, pork, chicken, fish and turkey in my freezer. I also use around fifteen, maybe twenty different spices on a regular basis. I make a point of cycling through quite a few side dishes as well. No bugs. no flowers. No thanks.

I just ate a meal tonight in Napa, CA made by an Iron Chef Japan winner. ****ing incredible. Soft shell crab sushi with yellow tail bisque and fresh caught salmon. The price tag was absolutely worth it.

His statement about Indian food and Britain is pretty much true. Just like I'd say the US probably does have the best Mexican food outside of Mexico, though it ain't found at Taco Bell.
