Hillman did nothing wrong; you guys all just think the Royals are a lot better than they are. There's nothing wrong with that, other than it's going to be a hell of a long season for some of you.
I'm going to say this one more time, and NOT AGAIN after that. Bannister has a solid history of losing control of his pitches around 80. The bulk of his earned runs fall between 70-100-- and, yes, that's to be expected from pitchers. But it's the MANAGER'S JOB, especially in a one-run game, to know when to bring in his bullpen.

To think otherwise is, well, unwise.

Then he should not be starting in the majors.

P.S. And Bannister's best start of the year, he gave up [drum roll] 6 walks.

Which isn't to say he's a mystery, as much as he's not a very good pitcher. He's susceptible to everything a pitcher of his type is which is: luck, poor control, and the home run ball. Along with giving up some runs.

I kind of see it another way. If we are that concerned about Olivo's safety out there on a collision then he's a pansy and should give way to a real man to catch.

The funny thing is, lack of control in higher pitch counts is the reason HOCHEVAR was in the minors so long.. until he proved he could sustain his two best pitches up to the 100 mark. Wouldn't have expected it from Banny.

Yeah. For a guy that went 9-16 in 2008, I would've expected dominance.

That has exactly what to do with "Booing" the other team as much as you possibly can?
