If Geno Smith is "far, far superior prospect" as you say, then the Chiefs will be looking at multiple first round picks over the course of the next few drafts because just about every team in the Top Ten will want a guy that can produce an average of nearly 4,000 yards and 20 TD's through the air and another 11 TD's on the ground, per season.

Can't wait for those picks to start rolling in!

This really isn't accurate.

Even Mike Mayock says Geno Smith has to the tools to be a franchise quarterback. He just isn't as consistent as Mayock wants to see.

Of course, Mayock has also dropped gems like "Any NFL QB must hit the open WR behind the defense 100 out of 100 times," so if that's the type of consistency he's looking for...

Or it means that there is similar skill levels between qb one, and qb 10, and andy thinks that he can get production from qb 10, that he could from qb 1, at a cheaper value.

thats just my take. When I looked at this draft class, i didnt see a huge drop off from say Geno, to Tyler Bray. I think that Wilson, Glennon, Geno, Bray, Nassib, all have warts, and no distinguishing qualities that separate them.

Now thats just my opinion. I thought that last year that Weeden was the worst qb in the draft class, Tannenhill was overrated, and that Russell Wilson was going to be a steal.

I thought that Andy Reid grabbed a steal in Foles, thought the redskins over paid. Thats why tyler bray makes the most sense to me. He reminds me a lot of foles.

This is a good point. We'll see how Smith is viewed as a prospect, because Jax needs a QB, and would be foolish to pass on a Cam Newton, RGIII level talent. Many teams should be willing to trade up.
