Eric Mangini disagrees with Nick on who will win Mahomes vs Brady matchup | NFL | FIR

Mangini is such a tool. And if this is in a mega thread, so what.

Time to put in 4 quarters Pat. I think he can do it, but he's gotta show it.

And the OTHER dude really had a good point. BB is going to take away Hill or Kelce. It's what he does. And if Gilmour can slow down Hill with simple safety help (not even rolling coverage or a double), that frees up BB to put a LOT of pressure on Kelce. And without Williams out of the backfield and with a run game that his complete ass...now what?

{Dismissive Col. Jessup Voice}

"You, Demarcus Robinson? You, Sammy Watkins?"

{/Dismissive Col. Jessup Voice}

We can't run the damn ball and the WR corps after Hill has !@#$ing vanished. Unless Andy's been holding back, this team CAN be defended and if it can, BB is gonna be the man to get it done.

That said, Wright !@#$ing dunks all over them as that clip goes forward. He completely eviscerates the cannonization of Tom Brady and the excuse making. "With Patrick Mahomes we aren't complaining about an injured fullback..." Oh and the disdain in his voice when he says it.....{chef's kiss}
Last year they put Gilmore on Watkins and doubled Hill.

Look at the Houston game. It wasn't really the big dogs from Houston that killed them. I'd imagine he'll take Hill and Kelce away.

It's gonna be up to Hardman, the running game and Sammy to get it done.

May not wanna hold your breath.

I REALLY want to see Nick lose his cool one of these days on this show and say something to the effect of...

"I get that you're here to be the so-called 'expert' on the panel because you've coached in the NFL at all levels, but let's get real about one thing... you were a terrible head coach, Eric. At every stop you made. The New England defense took a sharp south turn when Romeo Crennel left and they hired you as defensive coordinator for that one season. Prior to that point, maybe you were a fine defensive backs coach. Maybe you weren't. It's hard to tell when you're a part of nothing more than a cult of personality that actually doesn't develop you in your profession. You went 10-6 in your first year as a head coach with Herm Edwards' players, and from that point on you've been nothing but a massive disappointment in every coaching stint you've had. The fact that you're the "expert" on this show that I'm expected to kowtow to is akin to putting together a panel of fans to talk about sports, and they bring in Molly Qerim as the "expert" in the field of sports journalism."

I can tell he's getting more and more irate at Mangina each time they do a Mahomes segment. It's only a matter of time before he gives in to his hate and lets the world know what he deep down TRULY thinks of Eric Mangini

Mangina has always had a general disdain for Mahomes. Even after he won MVP he still talked shit about "putting guys in the hall of fame after one season".

He's intentionally being obtuse/devils advocating just to be a douche.

Mangini lives on half-truths and disingenuous comments whenever they bring him on. A bit like he's trying to do the Cowherd shtick. But at least Cowherd brings facts and has an honest take occasionally. Mangini tries to twist things around every.single.day. and its exhausting to be around/listen to those types of people.

Heard a rumor that Mangini is upset that Rock Star Burgers was shut down, that's why he's going even further overboard with his Kansas City hate. He's also a big fan of Great Value BBQ sauce.
